Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR's), if you are a private customer ("consumer"), and the goods have been in your possession for less than 14 days, then you are entitled to a full refund if you wish to change your mind. You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us i.e., you must not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any manufacturer's seals and all goods must be fully packaged as new. To return a product you must obtain a returns authorisation number, you can get this by sending an email to enquire@ubon.site please include the order number in the subject line and a description of why you want to return the item in the email. If you are a business customer ("trader"), we will do our very best to sort out any issue to your satisfaction but we cannot be held liable for any costs/loss of profits etc. over and above the cost of the purchased product. We may exchange or refund only at our discretion.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
